If Council wanted to review the matter because it wanted to <br />promote youth employment in the City, he suggested that staff be directed to review the matter <br />and present the pros and cons in a memorandum to Council. Council could then decide if it <br />wanted to sponsor an amendment to the Ordinance that would allow a youth commissioner to <br />be employed with the City. <br /> <br />A majority of the Council supported Mr. Fialho's proposal. <br /> <br />Mr. Brozosky inquired about an update on the Green Waste Recycling Programs. <br /> <br />Mr. Fialho said the matter would be presented to Council in spring. <br /> <br />8.
