CLOSED SESSION <br /> Conference with labor negotiator Nelson Fialho, regarding management compensation <br />plan. <br /> Conference with legal counsel concerning the claim for reimbursement from the Tri- <br />Valley Conservancy. <br /> Conference (status update) with legal counsel concerning claims of the FERMA <br />Corporation - Callippe Preserve Golf Course. <br /> Conference with legal counsel concerning pending litigation, Katherine M. Wilson v. City <br />of Pleasanton (Alameda County Superior Court, VG 05210212). <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Hosterman called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Council member Thorne led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. <br /> Mr. Thorne announced the Foothill High School Marching Band and Color Guard would <br />be hosting its 31st Annual Band Review on Saturday, October 22 with a parade on Main Street <br />beginning at 9 a.m. He invited the community to attend a series of workshops to update the <br />General Plan with a workshop being held on Tuesday, October 25. This workshop is <br />specifically being held to allow the Council and Planning Commission the opportunity to discuss <br />land use changes and other issues related to Hacienda Business Park. He invited the public to <br />the Callippe Preserve Golf Course Dedication and Trail Opening Ceremony to be held on <br />Saturday, November 5 at the Clubhouse. He announced the Pleasanton Playhouse would be <br />featuring the play, "My Fair Lady," at the Amador Theater beginning October 21 through <br />November 6.
