MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> Ms. McGovern inquired about the status of the buildings located next to the School <br />District property on Vineyard Avenue. <br /> Mr. Fialho indicated that staff would follow up with a memorandum to Council regarding <br />the matter. <br />8. COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> There were none. <br />9. CLOSED SESSION <br /> Closed Session was held prior to the meeting. <br />10.
