<br />Mr. Sullivan asked staff if it agreed with the proposed changes by Mr. Brozosky? <br /> <br />Mr. Roush said Mr. Brozosky was asking Council to shorten the condition to indicate <br />whatever the amended share infrastructure financing program would read is when the City <br />would decide when the fees would be paid without additional verbiage. He believed <br />residents would not park their vehicles on the streets to block their view.
