He pointed out that the loop road is a rural road system with a narrow paved section containing tight turns and site distance levitations, which create a constraint to adding additional traffic. With the opening of the Golf Course in the fall, he requested that increased traffic patrol be provided to regulate the increased traffic on this loop road. Cy Matin, a Pleasanton resident, referenced the informational report on the City's Tennis Services on tonight's agenda and believed the five-minute time limitation to address Council on this item was limited.
