Zoning for the property is PUD-I/C-O (Planned Unit <br /> Development - Industrial/Commercial and Offices) District. <br /> No action was required or taken on this item. <br />v. (1) Agreement with Centex Homes concerning the use of fees. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> Commended teams from Pleasanton Middle School, Los Cerros Middle School, Hearst <br />Elementary School and Vintage Hills Elementary School for competing in the Destination <br />Imagination Program Global Finals in Knoxville, Tennessee. <br />Other Soeakers <br /> Kevin Close, a Happy Valley resident, expressed his concerns related to traffic traveling <br />to and from the Callippe Preserve Golf Course using the existing Happy Valley Loop Road. He <br />pointed out that the loop road is a rural road system with a narrow paved section containing tight <br />turns and site distance levitations, which create a constraint to adding additional traffic. With the <br />opening of the Golf Course in the fall, he requested that increased traffic patrol be provided to <br />regulate the increased traffic on this loop road. <br /> Cy Matin, a Pleasanton resident, referenced the informational report on the City's Tennis <br />Services on tonight's agenda and believed the five-minute time limitation to address Council on <br />this item was limited.
