Ms. McGovern was not supportive of traffic models, There are far too many <br />variables and she felt a model could be run to both support and oppose a particular <br />improvement. She believed model 3 was close to the 2003 Baseline Report, which <br />included the Stoneridge extension. She supported models I and 2. There has already <br />been a decision to take out the West Las Positas interchange and she felt staff should <br />only do what is legally required and nothing more. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brozosky believed that no matter what information is provided by staff <br />regarding Stoneridge and West Las Positas, there would be debate about assumptions <br />and trip rate generations. There could be another meeting just arguing that. <br /> <br /> That concluded the discussion by Council and the Planning Commission. <br />5.
