Special Meetinq Call to Order <br /> <br /> The special meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor <br />Jennifer Hosterman at 8:20 p.m. <br /> <br /> The Deputy City Clerk called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers present were Steve Brozosky, Cindy McGovem, Matthew <br />Sullivan and Mayor Jennifer Hosterman. Staff members present were Nelson <br />Fialho, City Manager; Jerry Iserson, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development, and Michael Roush, City Attorney. <br /> <br />2. Approval of the Joint Workshop Meetinq Minutes of 03.08.05 <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brozosky, seconded by <br />Councilmember McGovern, to approve the Joint Workshop Meeting <br />Minutes of March 8, 2005. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brozosky, McGovern, and Mayor Hosterman <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Councilmember Sullivan <br /> <br />3.
