Mr. Brozosky requested that the Planning Commission discuss what acreage should be included <br />for purposes of determining densities. <br /> <br /> Mr. Fialho said he would be returning to Council for its direction. <br /> <br /> Ms. McGovern asked if all of the Commissions made recommendations regarding all of the Capital <br />Improvement Program projects and not just those within their jurisdiction. <br /> <br /> Mr. Fialho said every standing advisory commission has had the opportunity to comment on <br />projects that are outside their scope of responsibility. <br /> <br /> Ms. McGovern thanked the City Manager for the bi-weekly newsletters and requested that the <br />information on Early Voting be placed on the website and advertised in the local newspapers. <br /> <br />8. COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br /> Mr. Brozosky provided an update on the recent Fair Liaison Committee meeting he attended. The <br />Committee discussed issues regarding fireworks, cricket, a new exhibition facility and the relocation of the <br />ACE train. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brozosky provided an update on the recent League Policy Committee meetings he attended. <br />The meeting focused on employee relations and transportation. The committee took action on Senate Bill <br />8. <br /> <br />9. CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> Council adjourned to closed session at 9:41 to confer with real property negotiator, Nelson Fialho, <br />regarding the potential purchase of the property located at 4254 Vervais Avenue, Pleasanton, California. <br /> <br />11.
