He noted that agenda item 6c was removed and continued <br />indefinitely as the applicant withdrew his application. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Brozosky, seconded by Ms. McGovern, that the <br />following actions under the Consent Calendar be taken: <br /> <br />a. Approved the minutes of the City Council meeting of 01/18/05. <br /> <br />b. Approved monthly disbursements, investment report, and COPS AB 3229 <br /> expenditure reports for December 2004.
