3. AGENDAAMENDMENTS Mr. Fialho noted that agenda item 4e was continued to the February 15, 2005 City Council meeting. He noted that agenda item 6c was removed and continued indefinitely as the applicant withdrew his application. 4. CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Mr. Brozosky, seconded by Ms. McGovern, that the following actions under the Consent Calendar be taken: a. Approved the minutes of the City Council meeting of 01/18/05. b. Approved monthly disbursements, investment report, and COPS AB 3229 expenditure reports for December 2004. (SR 05:039). c. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. (IR 05:006) No action was required or taken on this item. d. Adopted Resolution 05-007, a resolution authorizing the settlement of a Worker's Compensation claim. ($R 05:043) e. Approval of contract amendment No. I with L.T.D. Engineering, Inc. for engineering design modifications for the Bernal property Channel Restoration Project. (SR 05:024). This item was continued to 02/15/05. f. Accepted public improvements for the Stanley Boulevard Widening at Stanley and Bernal Avenue, CIP No. 995031. (SR 05:004) g. Accepted public improvements for West Las Positas Resurfacing from Hacienda Drive to Santa Rita Road, Project No. 005069. (SR 05:037) h. Accepted public improvements for Phase II improvements to the intersection of Bernal Avenue and Vineyard Avenue including traffic signal and sanitary widening Phase II and sanitary sewer modifications, Project Nos. 005029 and 902028A. (SR 05:038) i. Approved Memorandum of Agreement (MOU) and contract for regional partnership with the City of Livermore, the City of Dublin, and the Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District Zone 7 for the purpose of acquiring and sharing digital aerial orthoimagery for the Livermore-Pleasanton area.
