3. AGENDAAMENDMENTS Mr. Fialho mentioned that item 4h, a proposal to implement Gingerbread's "Stay- n-Play" Program, was removed and continued indefinitely. He mentioned that the correct project number for agenda item 4p is CIP No. 017043. 4. CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Mr. Brozosky, seconded by Ms. Hoeterman, that the following actions under the Consent Calendar be taken, with the removal of item 4h. a. Approved the minutes of the City Council meeting of 08/31/04 and 10/12/04. Approved monthly disbursements, investment report and COPS AB 3229 expenditure reports for September 2004 (SR 04:272) c. Proclaimed November 7, 2004 as "Rosie the Riveter Day" in Pleasanton. d. Proclaimed November 21-27, 2004 as "Family Week" in Pleasanton. Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. (IR 04:047) Adopted Resolution 04-083, a resolution approving the revised retention periods for City records. (SR 04:275) g.
