CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> Conference with legal counsel regarding pending litigation (Signature Properties, <br />et al. v. Pleasanton Unified School District et al). <br /> <br /> Conference with legal counsel concerning potential litigation against Granite <br />Construction Company/RMC Pacific Materials concerning the asphalt batch plant on <br />Stanley Boulevard. <br /> <br /> Conference with real property negotiator, Nelson Fialho, for potential acquisition <br />on a portion of the property at 1680 Vineyard Avenue for a water tank site. <br /> <br /> Conference with legal counsel regarding pending litigation (Signature Properties <br />vo City of Pleasanton (arbitration proceedings)). <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Tom Pico <br />at 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Ayala led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. She <br />reminded everyone that the polls are open until 8 p.m. this evening. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Dawn Abrahamson called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers present were Kay Ayala, Steve Brozosky, Matt Campbell, Jennifer <br />Hosterman, and Mayor Tom Pico.
