__ Ms. Ayala asked staff to explain the magnitude of the one-half cent sales tax over the next fifteen years. Ms. Morely said the one-half cent sales tax would generate millions of dollars. There were no public comments. It was moved by Mr. Brozosky, seconded by Ms. Ayala, to approve the East County (Tri-Valley) proposed Measure A funding priorities and strategies aa identified in the staff report. It was moved by Mr. Brozosky, seconded by Mr. Campbell, adopt Resolution 04-086, a resolution amending the City's Master Fee Schedule to allow for the use of two new displacement type water meter sizes within the City's water system. The amendments set appropriate Connection, Meter Installation and Bimonthly Meter charges for the 1-1/2 inch and 2-inch Displacement Meters within the City's Master Fee Schedule as detailed in Exhibit A.
