It was moved by Ms. Ayala~ seconded by Mr. Brozosky, to adopt Resolution 04-059, a resolution approving modified recommendations for use of Citizen's Option For Public Safety Programl (Cops) Appropriation. (SR 04:160) Eric Carlson, Fire Marshal, presented the staff report. He noted that the City would not abate the parcels for 78121and 7822 Foothill Road. The property owners have been called and informed that they vcould not be included on this year's lien list. Mayor Pico opened the public hearing. There being no speakers, the public hearing was closed.
