PUDM-14-1 M, Greenbriar Homes <br />Application for a minor modification to an approved Planned Unit <br />Development, PUD-14, to allow construction for site work and homes in the <br />Bordeaux Country Estates subdivision (formerly known as the Heinz <br />property) on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The property is located <br />at 1550 Vineyard Avenue, in the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan <br />area, and is zoned PUD-MDR/OS (Planned Unit Development - Medium <br />Density Residential/Open Space)/Vineyard District. (IR 04:043) No action <br />was required or taken on this item. <br /> <br />Approved plans for the Fimt Street lighting improvements for the First Street <br />Underground Utilities District, reviewed the bids and awarded the contract to <br />Richard A. Heaps, Electrical Contractor, Inc. for a Iow bid of $480,342, <br />authorized the City Manager to enter into the contract, authorized an increase <br />in the construction contingency to 15 percent of the construction costs in the <br />amount of $72,051, and authorized an additional appropriation of $140,113 <br />from the General Fund to the subject project. (SR 04:254) <br /> <br />Approved the Bond Counsel Contract with Nossaman, Guthner, Knox & Elliott <br />and financial advisory services contract with Stone & Youngberg LLC to <br />refund the Pleasanton Joint Power Financing Authority. Refunding Water <br />and Sewer Revenue Bonds 1994 Series A and the Refunding Lease <br />Revenue Bonds 1994 Series B. (SR 04:249) <br /> <br />Adopted Resolution No. 04-075, appointing the 2005 Advisory Board for the <br />Pleasanton Downtown Association Business Improvement District. <br />(SR04:250) <br /> <br />ko <br /> <br />Adopted Ordinance No. 1909, approving the application of Berni Hafker for <br />Planned Unit Development Major Modification and Development Plan <br />approvals, as filed under Case PUD-96-4-1 M, allowing the subdivision of the <br />1.29 acre property at 565 Sycamore Creek Way into a three-lot custom home <br />development. <br /> <br />I. Proclaimed October 5-8, 2004 as "Walk-to-School Week" in Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Approved the proposed FY 2004/05 Park Renovation Fund Projects.
