Mayor Pice referred to his visit to Pleasanton's sister City Blairgowrie. The <br />delegation was hosted by Lawrence and Jenny Oliphant (?). There was an official visit <br />with the Provost for Perth/Kenross Province, which is the major elected body that <br />oversees Blairgowrie. He visited the fire house and saw the engine from Pleasanton as <br />well as attending a reception with the Blairgowrie Council. He hoped for improvements <br />in the relationships between sister cities and more involvement. He noted the City did <br />spend some money for the trip and there was an exchange of small gifts.
