It was moved by Mr. Brozosky, seconded by Mr. Campbell, to adopt Resolution <br />No. 04-071, modifying the North Sycamore Specific Plan by amending Section A, Land <br />Use Summary, of Section IV, Land Use Element, as filed under Case PSP-6; and to <br />introduce Ordinance No. 1909, to be read by title only and waiving further reading <br />thereof, approving the application of Berni Hafker for Planned Unit Development <br />Major Modification and Development Plan approvals, PUD_96-4, to allow the <br />subdivision of the 1.29-acre property at 565 Sycamore Creek Way into a thrc.: lot <br />custom home development, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit B, attached <br />thereto, all as filed under Case PUD-96-4-1M. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, and Campbell <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Pico <br />ABSTAIN: Councilmember Hosterman <br /> <br />Item 6d <br />PRZ-24~ City of Pleasanton <br />AoDlication to amend the City of Pleasanton's Personal Wireless Service Facility <br />Ordinance. Downtown Deeion Guidelines <br />Consideration of new Desiqn Guidelines for the commercial an residential portions of <br />downtown Pleasantonl the area qenerally bounded by the Arroyo del Valle and the <br />Union Pacific Railroad Corridor to the north~ Third Street to the east1 Bernal Avenue <br />to the south, and Pleesanton and Rose Avenues to the west. (SR 04:188) <br /> <br />Jerry Iserson presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brozosky clarified that this does not address the issue of secondary units in the <br />downtown area. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson said that was correct. <br /> <br />Ms. Ayala declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Peter MacDonald, 400 Main Street, Suite 210, representing the Pleasanton <br />Downtown Association, indicated the Board of Directors, the Design Committee and <br />Economic Vitality Committee, were involved in drafting the guidelines and supported the <br />design guidelines. They were very pleased with the City staff process.
