Mr. Brozosky requested that agenda item 40 and 4q be continued to September <br />21, 2004. He aJso requested that agenda item 4~ be removed from the Consent <br />Calendar to Public Hearings and Other Matters. <br /> <br /> Mr. Campbell requested that agenda item 6b be continued to September 21, <br />2004. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> As it pertained to agenda item 4i, Mr. Brozosky was under the impression that <br />property on Castlewood Drive was covered under a different agreement concerning <br />water. He asked if the Krause property was outside of that sphere. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said that the Krause property located at 109 Castlewood Drive is higher <br />on the ridge than Castlewood Country Club to which water services is provided by the <br />San Francisco Water Company. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Hoeterman, seconded by Ms. Ayala, that the following <br />actions under the Consent Calendar be taken, with the removal of items 4g, 41, 4n, <br />4o, and 4q. <br /> <br />a. Approved the minutes of the City Council meeting of 06/15/04. <br /> <br />Adopted Resolution 04-063, a resolution approving the allocation of California <br />Department of Conservation's Division of Recycling Funds to support beverage <br />recycling initiatives and programs at Pleasanton middle and high school sites, <br />and adopted Resolution 04-064, a resolution approving the allocation of Measure <br />D Recycling Funds to support recycling initiatives and programs at Pleasanton <br />school sites. (SR 04:202) <br /> <br />Approved monthly disbursements, investment report and COPS AB 3229 <br />expenditure reports for July 2004. (SR 04:222) <br /> <br />Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. <br />(IR 04:039) <br /> <br />Designated Fawn Hills Park as the permanent name for the neighborhood park in <br />the Pheasant Ridge/Carlton Oaks development. (SR 04:217) <br /> <br />fo <br /> <br />Introduced Ordinance No. 1908, an ordinance amending Chapter 1.10 of the <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code regarding the City's Conflict of Interest Code.
