The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman and <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico <br />NOES: None <br />ABgENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mayor Pico, seconded by Ms. Hosterman, to adopt the Mid- <br />Term Capital Improvement Program as outlined by staff, to approve the extension <br />of the Alamo Canal Trail under 1-580 to Dublin (Reserve) funded with $100,000 and <br />development of the Bernal Property Trail System (Reserve) funded with $200,000, <br />and to direct staff to provide the Council with an updated report within six moths <br />outlining the money that is needed from the newly created "Reserve For Currently <br />Funded Projects," project so that Council can review the remaining balance and <br />determine whether that balance is to be retained or reallocated to other Capital <br />Improvement Program projects. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers -Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman, and <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mayor Pico, seconded by Ms. Hosterman, to adopt the 2003 <br />04/2004-05 Mid-Year Operating Budget. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala would not be supporting the Operating Budget because of the pension <br />crisis. She believed it would color the State of California for years. She also believed it <br />was Council's obligation to correct it. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brozosky shared Ms. Ayala's concerns but did not believe there was anything <br />that could be done at this point. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers -Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman, and Mayor Pico <br />NOES: Councilmember Ayala <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Pleasanton City Council 26 06/15/04 <br />Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />
