Consideration of Electric Program Windun Aureement with the Assoeiution of Bay <br />Area Government (ABAG) Power. (SR 04:124) <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Brozosky, seconded by Ms. Ayala, to approve the <br />Electric Program Windup Agreement with ABAG Power and authorize the City <br />Manager to execute the agreement. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman, and <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIl, <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala asked when the appeal of PMS-27, Tony Perino/Nearon Enterprises <br />would return to Council. <br /> <br /> Ms. McKeehan said the appeal would be discussed at the June 15 Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Brozosky requested consideration for speed lumps in the Happy Valley area. <br /> <br />Ms. McKeehan said staff could explore the matter and bring it back to Council. <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico requested an agenda item to discuss publicity for the Caledonian <br />games that will be held in Pleasanton on September 4th and 5th. <br /> <br />8. CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />The Closed Session was held prior to the meeting. <br /> <br />9.
