Ms. Ayaia concurred with Mr. Brozosky's comments. <br /> <br /> Ms. McKeehan asked Mr. Wilson if Council had the ability to delay extending the <br />contract with Mosaic Associates for the environmental studies until after the completion <br />of the General Plan process? <br /> <br /> Mr. Wilson said that Council has the ability to delay extending the contract for the <br />environmental studies until after the completion of the General Plan process.
