Mayor Pico mentioned that item 6c, the development review process for Kottinger <br />Hills, PUD-33, was being continued indefinitely. He would allow public comment as it <br />related to agenda item 6c. The discussion this evening was not about the positives or <br />negatives related to any future development of the Kottinger Hills property nor was it the <br />appropriate forum or time to have that discussion. The agenda item tonight was for <br />Council to decide whether or not it wanted to enter into a workshop process, comparable <br />to what was done for the Busch/Ponderosa property, where a series of Council workshops <br />were held and issues were attempted to be resolved before an actual development plan <br />was submitted. If speakers wanted to address Council, he asked them to confine their <br />comments to the process and not the merits of the project, as Council did not at the <br />moment have the benefit of looking at a complete project. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Mr. Campbell, that the following <br />actions under the Consent Calendar be taken, with an amendment to page fourteen, <br />paragraph five of the January 20 Council minutes to state that "these funds are then <br />backf'ffied from the Lower Income Housing fund to the Capital Improvement <br />Program." <br /> <br /> Ms. Hosterman requested a copy of the minutes of the January 27 Council <br />workshop. <br /> <br />Approved the minutes of the City Council meeting of 1/20/04 with the <br />amendment (set forth above) as requested by Mr. Brozosky, approved the minutes <br />of 01/27/04, and held over the minutes of 02/03/04. <br /> <br />Approved actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. <br />(IR 04:008) No action was taken or required on this iterm <br /> <br />Approved PUD-80-14-17M, Dermalogica~ Inc. (SR 04:005) <br />Application for a minor modification to the approved development plan for the <br />Pleasanton Park business complex (PUD-80-14) to conditionally permit private <br />schools to be operated in an existing building located at 6678 Owens Drive. <br />Zoning for the property is PUD-I/C-O (Planned Unit Development - <br />Industrial/Commercial-Office) District. <br />No action was taken or required on this item. <br /> <br />Approved PUD-89-17-07M, Diablo Solar Services. (SR 04:006) <br />Application for a minor modification to the approved development plan for Oak <br />Tree Farm (PUD-89-17) to allow solar panels to be located in the required side <br />yard setback area approximately three feet from the side yard property line where <br />a minimum of 20 feet is required per Case PUD-89-17. The property is located at <br />8187 War Glory Place and is zoned PUD-RDR/LDR (Planned Unit Development <br />- Rural Density Residential/Low Density Residential) District. <br />No action was taken or required on this item. <br /> <br />Pleasanton City Council 3 02/17/04 <br />Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />
