(SR 04:003) <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala asked if the mat~er could be continued. <br /> Ms. McKcchan stated that it could be continued. <br /> Mayor Pico indicated his desire to continue the matter. <br /> <br /> Ms. McKeehan asked Council if it wanted to continue the matter until its next <br />meeting or until after the Parks and Recreation Commission presented the final Policy <br />and Procedures for the gnlf course to Council for its approval. <br /> <br /> Mr. Campbell did not want to wait until Council received the Policy and <br />Procedures from the Parks and Recreation Commission. He would like the matter to be <br />continued to Council's next meeting. <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> At the December 2 meeting, Mr. Brozosky mentioned that he brought up the issue <br />of the timing of thc metering of signal lights located at Ruby Hill Drive and Vineyard <br />Avenue. He anticipated the discussion to be held tonight and asked staff for its status. <br /> <br /> Ms. McKechan noted that a discussion in the matter would be held at Council's <br />next meeting. <br /> <br /> Mr. Campbell stated that he had received numerous complaints regarding the <br />timing of the metering of the traffic signal located at Hopyard Road and Stoneridge <br />Drive. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala indicated she had received complaints regarding the timing of the <br />metering of the traffic signal located at Black Avenue and Santa Rita Road. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brozosky believed the traffic signal had been fixed several weeks ago. <br /> Ms. Ayaia indicated that the traffic signal had not been fixed. <br />8.
