Ms. Aya/a concurred w/th Ms. Fox's comments. <br /> <br /> Ms. McKeehan believed the matter might have already been approved, except for <br />the mitigation of the Busch property, and could have been one of the items that were <br />identified when Council approved the traffic mitigations for that project. She indicated <br />that staff would go back and look into the matter and provide a report to Council. <br /> <br /> Ms. Fox mentioned ishe attended a neighborhood meeting several months ago <br />where Ponderosa discussed the Iron Horse Trail and the mitigations along Valley and <br />Busch Road. This matter Was not mentioned. <br /> <br /> Ms. McKeehan noted that this matter would have been prior to the neighborhood <br />meeting and noted that staff would check into the matter. <br /> <br /> Since this change had not physically been made, Mr. Brozosky stated that Council <br />still had the chance to change something even if was based on a prior agreement. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Brozosky, seconded by Ms. Ayala, to accept the Traffic <br />Committee Minutes for October 2, 2003. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was taken as follows: <br />AYES: Couneilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman, and <br /> <br /> Mayor Pieo <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala requested discussion, in general terms, regarding the Inleusionary <br />Zon'mg Ordinance to include what has transpired since the Ord'mance was adopted, staff's <br />views as to the pros and cons and rental versus for sale un/ts. She also requested a copy <br />of the staffreport when the Ordinance was originally discussed. <br /> <br /> Ms. Hosterman requested discussion regarding the Inclusionary Zoning <br />Ordinance to include opportunites for language that might indicate Council's intent. She <br />also requested information that would indicate where Inclnsionary Zoning Ordinances <br />have been in place over periods of time, and at various levels of build out, to gain an <br />understanding as to how similar ordinances work in other cities, and whether it has <br />worked well and what the challenges have been. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala requested staff prepare a memo addressing the stares of the golf course <br />bypass road, aider the first of the year. <br /> <br />Pleasanton City Council 25 11/4/03 <br />Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />
