3, AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. McKeehan pointed out that two items had been added to the agenda: Item 4r, <br />adopt Ordinance 1893 - PUD-93-2-SM, Michael Callahan/ atz Winery Event Center; <br />and Item 4s, remembrance of Warren Harding, former Mayor and member of the City <br />Council. She also mentioned that Steven and Laura Siner withdrew their appeal as <br />reflected as Item 6A (PAP-51 (PADR-776, Steven and Laura Siner). Mayor Pico <br />mentioned he had several speaker cards on that item, and the public hearing would be <br />opened even if Council accepted the withdrawal on that item. <br /> <br />4. CONSENTCAI.~NDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Brozosky, seconded by Ms. Ayala, that the following <br />actions under the Consent Calendar by taken: <br /> <br />a. Held over the Minutes of the City Council meeting of 09/02/03. <br /> <br />eo <br /> <br />Accepted the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. (IR 03:034) No <br />action was required or taken on this item. <br /> <br />Approved the acceptance of Public Improvements for the Park & Ride Lot at <br />Stoneridge and Johnson Drive, Project No. 005018: Fed Auth #STPL 5101(016); <br />authorized the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the subject project; <br />authorized payment of the retention in the amount of $20,575.79 t6o Redgwick <br />Construction Company thirty days after filing the Notice of Completion; and <br />authorized final payment to Redgwick Construction Company in the amount of <br />$21,229.37. (SR 03:257) <br /> <br />Approved the Encroachment Agreement to allow access to the City's Community <br />Trails through Private Gates. (SR 03:268) <br /> <br />Approved a Consultant Agreement with Navigant Consulting for Community <br />Choice Aggregation Energy Project.
