3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Item 6d, Request of Ponderosa Homes to allow the use of Affordable Housing Credits in <br />connection with the 172-unit Senior Apartment development approved on the Busch property, <br />was continued at Ponderosa's request to September 2, 2003. <br /> <br /> Mr. Campbell requested reconsideration of item 4j, the approval of the Peterson <br />application. The majority of those voting in favor of the ordinance agreed and the item was set <br />for September 2, 2003. <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico announced that this was the last meeting for City Clerk Peggy Ezidro, who is <br />retiring. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ezidro briefly related her experiences since joining the City of Pleasanton. She has <br />worked with 15 Conncilmembers, three City Attomeys, and two City Managers. When she <br />started, Hacienda Business Park had not been built. There have been many great improvements <br />to the city, including the downtown revitalization. She was pleased to have been a small part of <br />the history of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Ms. McKeehan expressed her appreciation for the work of Ms. Ezidro over the years. <br /> <br />Each Conncilmember indicated appreciation for her efforts especially during elections. <br /> <br />4. CONSENTCALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Hosterman, seconded by Ms. Ayala, that the following actions <br />on the Consent Calendar be taken: <br /> <br />a. Approved the Minutes of the City Council meeting of 08/05/03. <br /> <br />Accepted the Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. <br />(IR 03:030) No action was required or taken on this item. <br /> <br />Approved Consultant Agreement with Far West Restoration Engineering to provide <br />design services for the Kottinger Creek Restoration Project, Project No. 038023, per the <br />revised proposal dated July 30, 2003, for an amount not to exceed $125,655; and <br />authorized the City Manager to execute the contract. (SR 03:230) <br /> <br />Ms. Hosterman indicated the neighborhood has been working with the City for several <br />years on the creek restoration and she received a message from one who was fully <br />supportive of the consultant contract and the work of Rob Wilson, Public Works <br />Director. <br /> <br />Pleasanton City Council 2 08/19/03 <br />Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />
