It was moved by Mayor Pico, seconded by Ms. Hosterman, to authorize expending up to $1,600 for reimbursement of travel expenses subject to the receipt of expense vouchers to the City of Pleasanton for transportation of up to four military personnel to attend the 8/16/03 event. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL Mr. Campbell questioned the fact that a Commissioner recused himself because of a conflict of interest, but then addressed the Planning Commission as a private citizen.
