(SR 03:194) Accepted public improvements for Arroyo Mocho Trail, (from Alamo Canal to Hopyard Road; fi.om Hopyard Road to Chabot Canal; Chabot Canal to West Las Positas Boulevard) CIP No. 975041, Federal Project No. STPLER-51-1-(108); authorized the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the subject project; and authorized payment of the retention in the amount of $34,129.63 to Redgwick Construction Company thirty days alter filing the Notice of Completion. Accepted public improvements for resurfacing of various City streets, Project No. 015003RS; authorized the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the subject project; authorized final payment to Redgwick Construction Company in the amount of $47,154.98; and authorized payment of retention in the amount of $47,853.34 to Redgwick Construction Company thirty days after filing the Notice of Completion. (SR 03:190) Approved acceptance of a $14,000 grant fi.om the Alameda County Office of Emergency Services to develop a Hazard Vulnerability Assessment and Risk Analysis and Terrorism/Weapons of Mass Destruction Annex. Approved acceptance of a $2,054.10 grant fi.om the State of California Governor's Office on Service and Volunteerism (GO SERV) to establish and enhance the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program in the City of Pleasanton. (SR 03:192) Approved a Consultant Contract with Berryman & Henigar, Inc., Project Nos. 001000 and 022002, for an amount not-m-exceed $108,040, for the design of improvements for water and sewer facilities at Bevilaqua Court, Linda Way, Entrada Drive, Entrada Court, Las Lomitas Drive, and Oak Circle; and authorized the City Manager to execute the contract.
