(SR 03:194) <br /> <br />Accepted public improvements for Arroyo Mocho Trail, (from Alamo Canal to Hopyard <br />Road; fi.om Hopyard Road to Chabot Canal; Chabot Canal to West Las Positas <br />Boulevard) CIP No. 975041, Federal Project No. STPLER-51-1-(108); authorized the <br />City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the subject project; and authorized payment <br />of the retention in the amount of $34,129.63 to Redgwick Construction Company thirty <br />days alter filing the Notice of Completion. (SR 03:192) <br /> <br />Approved a Consultant Contract with Berryman & Henigar, Inc., Project Nos. 001000 <br />and 022002, for an amount not-m-exceed $108,040, for the design of improvements for <br />water and sewer facilities at Bevilaqua Court, Linda Way, Entrada Drive, Entrada Court, <br />Las Lomitas Drive, and Oak Circle; and authorized the City Manager to execute the <br />contract.
