MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico commented he had attended the Livermore City Council meeting and asked <br />for representation on the Airport Commission, which was denied by a three to one vote. <br />Pleasanton will continue its efforts and will send a representative to the Airport Commission <br />meetings to show interest in the airport. <br /> <br />There were no other matters initiated. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> <br />No action was required or taken. <br /> <br />9. CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> Council adjourned to a continued closed session to confer with legal counsel regarding <br />~ending litigation (Signature Properties, et al. v. Pleasanton Unified School District, et al.). <br /> <br />10.
