The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmernbers - Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, and Hosterman <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Mayor Pico <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala made a motion, seconded by Mr. Brozosky, to direct staff to place a <br />minimum of $500,000 and a maximum $1 million, into the Capital Improvement Program <br />budget for the Happy Valley Bypass Road. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman and Mayor Pico <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Campbell, seconded by Ms. Hosterman, to adopt Resolution <br />No. 03-082 (1) adopting the Capital Improvement Program budget for 2003-04 through <br />2006-07, as amended by the previous motions; (2) appropriating the revenues and <br />approving project expenditures for the projects recommended for funding in fiscal years <br />2003-04 and 2004-05, as amended by the previous motions; (3) approving moving the <br />Bernal Property Improvements Reserve projects from the Miscellaneous Section to the <br />Parks Section; and (4) emphasizing as a priority the Bernal Creek Restoration and Trails <br />projects. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmambers - Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman and Mayor Pico <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />5.
