Abrams Wilson, Mayor of San Ramon. <br /> <br /> Mr. Bates explained that the discussion of the Sycamore Specific Plan started in <br />the 1980's and was finally adopted June 1992. A great deal of time, study, consideration, <br />money and participation, on behalf of the city and residents, went into this Plan. Great <br />detail is spelled out concerning improvements, densities, setbacks, cost sharing and other <br />pertinent information for the future development of the properties in the Sycamore <br />Specific Plan. Our properties would have allowed 62 units under the North Sycamore <br />Specific Plan.
