It was moved by Mayor Pico, seconded by Counciimember Brozosky, for introduction and approval of (urgency) Ordinance 1878 Amending the Pleasanton Municipal Code concerning Alcohol Consumption by Persons under the Age of 21 Years, with the modification on a first offense the parents are notified and on the second offense or at the Police Chief's discretion, the minor and/or the minor's parents are required to participate in a juvenile diversion program.
