More specificall¥~ the ordinance would establish requirements and review <br />procedures for the following types of facilities: turbines and engines that generate <br />electriciW, emergency backup generators, fuel cell facilities~ photovoltaic facilities~ and <br />wind energ~ facilities. Nuclear power facilities would not be allowed.
