It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Mr. Campbell, to endorse the <br />interim fee adjustment to the Tri-Valley Transportation Development Fee and <br />encourage Pleasanton's representative to oppose a new nexus study; endorse the <br />approval of Addendum I to the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement for TVTD Fees; <br />and endorse the approval of the 2003 Update of the Tri-VaHey Transportation <br />Council Strategic Expenditure Plan. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, and Hosterman <br />NOES: Mayor Pico <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COLrNCIL <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico requested that the traffic speed on Stoneridge, Stanley, and West Las <br />Positas be revisited by City Council. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala asked to for discussion on the sidewalk on Stanley between First and <br />Main Streets. There was no interest in pursuing this item. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala requested discussion of duet units built by Greenbriar on the west side <br />of the freeway. A time to discuss this will be set at some future date. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brozosky asked if future traffic reports would assume no West Las Positas <br />Interchange. This will be discussed in the future. <br /> <br />8. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> <br />No action was required or taken. <br /> <br />9.
