The general public does not know that the commissioners should not use their title in representing something or implying that they are speaking for the commission when they are, in fact, speaking for their own personal point of view. It was moved by Mr. Campbell, seconded by Ms. Hosterman, to direct staff to prepare an ordinance to change the role of the liaison commissioners from having full voting privileges to an advisory capacity with no voting privileges.
