Mayor Pico suggested an agenda item to discuss the pros and cons of that issue rather than just writing a letter. Ms. Ayala wondered if there was a time to review Workers Compensation issues on a near future agenda. Ms. McKeehan indicated that could be brought up in the priorities next year. Ms. Ayala inquired about the problems with PG&E's tree trimming. Ms. McKeehan indicated she had spoken to PG&E representatives about the problem. She was told that the field crews did not get the message. PG&E is now on notice that if similar problems occur and PG&E does not meet the established standards, the City will fine PG&E. Ms. Ayala referred to an inline skate ramp that is five feet offthe ground and there is a seven foot fence next to it. If someone is on the ramp, he could clearly see over the fence. She believed that if story poles had been put up for the skate structure as had been done for the silo, the neighbors would certainly have objected to the ramp. Mayor Pico felt this issue should be returned to the Parks and Recreation Commission for review and recommendation. Ms. McKeehan said the Commission was familiar with this and the plan was to put up some landscaping to screen it. Ms. Ayala said that would not do anything for the noise.
