There was one right turn only lane and now there is one right turn and one right turn and/or through lane. Mr. Knowles said that was true, however if a car stops in the through lane, the cars behind it cannot mm right until the front car moves forward. Ms. Michelotti suggested a sign on Stanley indicating only the far right lane is a free right turn, since there have been changes in the green light. Mr. Knowles said there should still be a right mm light and he would check on it. He noted that the Busch property was conditioned to have a free right turn with no arrow control, but first staff has to determine if traffic should be increased to that level.
