Approved the City Council Minutes for 8/22/02 and 9/17/02. <br /> <br />b. Proclaimed October 19, 2002 as "Make a Difference Day" in Pleasanton <br /> <br />c. Proclaimed October 6-12, 2002 as "Fire Prevention Week" in Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Recognized the California Stories Project of the California Council for the Humanities. <br /> <br />Approved claims for the month of Augnst 2002 in the amount of $25,135,707.83, and <br />accepted the Investment Report, and COPS AB 3229 Expenditure Report. (IR 02:042) <br />No action was required or taken on this item. <br /> <br />PUD-81-11-7M, Johnson Hospitality Corporation <br />Application for a minor modification to PUD-81-11 to reconfigure the design of the <br />parking and landscape areas on the north and east sides of the Pleasanton Hilton Hotel <br />located at 7050 Johnson Drive. <br />No action was required or taken on this item. <br /> <br />Approval of Agreement with Ballistic United Soccer. <br />This item was moved to the 10/15/02 agenda. <br /> <br />Approved a Reimbursement Agreement with applied Biosystems for the pavement <br />repairs and asphalt concrete overlay along Sunol Boulevard; authorized the City Manager <br />to enter into the agreement; and authorized the appropriation of $293,773 from the Streets <br />General Fund to cover the cost of roadway base repair and sound-attenuating asphalt <br />concrete overlay.
