(SR 02:192) <br /> <br /> Police Chief Tim Neal presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> There being no speakers, the public hearing was closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, to adopt Resolution No. <br />02-095, approving the recommendations for use of Citizens' Option for Public Safety <br />Program (COPS) appropriation. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Michelotti, and Mayor Pico <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Dennis <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />7.
