(SR 02:185)

Deborah McKeehan presented introductory remarks regarding the process over the last
few months and indicated this document meets the interests and protects the needs of both the
City and the School District. The purpose of this was to get a road graded so the PG&E line can
be installed in the right location and for the School District to have the best location for a school.
The PG&E line will be in the best location as far from homes as possible. It was intended that
this be done by the developers, however those projects are not proceeding as soon as previously
thought.

Pleasanton City Council
Special Meeting Minutes

1 07/31/02
