MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala asked if Council was interested in considering incentives for developers to <br />build smaller homes. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti felt Council had already been encouraging that. <br /> <br /> Ms. McKeehan said the Livermore proposal is part of its growth management process. <br />Council would have to review its growth management and approval process to set goals for <br />projects. <br /> <br /> No consensus was reached at this hour on Ms. Ayala's question. <br /> <br />8. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti asked if the joint meeting with the Planning Commission, Housing and <br />Economic Vitality Committee could be rescheduled. Council agreed to try to reschedule the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />The closed session was held before the meeting. <br /> <br />10.
