Ms. Michelotti had not supported the motion because she hoped to have a solution <br />between Zone 7 and the City. Using LAFCO as the agency to make this happen was not <br />acceptable. It sounds like the only two alternatives available are to pump the water or use the <br />Hansen quarry. She wanted to pursue that with Zone 7. She thanked the Mayor for putting forth <br />the idea of using the Hansen water. <br /> <br />Item 5d <br />PUD-21, City of Pleasanton <br />Application for Planned Unit Development approval to construct an approximately 90- <br />space City park and ride lot to be located on an approximately one-acre site at the <br />northwest corner of Stoneridge Drive and Johnson Drive. (SR 02:163) <br /> <br />Brian Swit~ presented the staff report. <br /> <br />Mayor Pico declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br />There were no speakers and the public hearing was closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, to introduce Ordinance <br />No. 1863, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving the City <br />of Pleasanton application for a planned unit development plan to construct an <br />approximately 90-space City park and ride lot to be located on approximately one-acre site <br />at the northwest corner of Stoneridge Drive and Johnson Drive. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Pico <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 5e <br />Approval of the Preliminary. Alignment and Creek Restoration Plans, and Mitigated <br />Negative Declaration~ Initial Study, and Mitigation Monitoring Plan for the Restoration of <br />the Mission Creek, the Sycamore Creek, Zone 7's B22-2 and B-2-2 drainage channels, and <br />the Alameda County. Fairground's drainage channel on the Bernal and Applied <br />Biosystems' properties. (SR 02:145) <br /> <br />Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis referred to the mitigations for the loss of 30 oaks.
