Mayor Pico declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Jeff Renholts, 7489 Aster Court, referred to the map of the right-of-way and wanted to <br />make certain there would be no roundabouts at the intersections near the school site. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swirl said there are roundabouts at both intersections near the school, The map was <br />merely to indicate the right-of-way, not the road design. <br /> <br />There being no further speakers, the public hearing was closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to introduce Ordinance Nos. <br />1854 through 1861, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving <br />development agreements with Frank and Barbara Berlogar, Kenneth and Pamela <br />Chrisman, Wayne and Betty Hahner, Robert and Sharen Heinz, Brian Lin, Mardel, LLC, <br />Jon McCurdy, and RMC Lonestar. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, and Mayor Pico <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Michelotti <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 6a <br />Approval of work plans and schedules for Ci~.
