Item 6c <br />Rescind the development plan approval (PUD-85-5) for a four-story approximately 66,000 <br />sq. ft. office building on an approximately 2.8 acre site located on the south side of Johnson <br />Drive, easterly of the Hilton Hotel. Zoning for the property, is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)- ICO (Industrial/Commercial/Offices) District. (SR 01:209) <br /> <br /> Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico asked if there was any objection to this action from the owner of the <br />property. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift said no. <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> There being no speakers, the public hearing was closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to introduce Ordinance No. <br />1841, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, rescinding the <br />development plan approval (PUD-85-5) for a four story approximately 66,000 sq. ft. office <br />building on an approximately 2.8 acre site located on the south side of Johnson Drive, <br />easterly of the Hilton Hotel. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Pico <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 6d (4g) <br />Initiation of the Annexation of Staples Ranch.
