Adopt Ordinance No. 1839, approving the application of Tom and Tracey Miller and <br />Greg and Kathy Thompson for PUD development plan approval as filed under Case <br />PUD-08. <br /> <br />Review bids and award contract to Sycamore Landscaping Corporation for street <br />landscape maintenance services for a low bid of $224,902.08; authorize the City Manager <br />to execute the contract; and amend the FY 2001/02 Operating Budget, account g417-401- <br />4385, to provide additional funding in the amount of $121,140. (SR 01:205) <br /> <br />Approve an amendment to the Agreement with One Work Place for the purchase, moving <br />and installation of furnishings at 200 Old Bernal. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Joanie Fields, Chairperson of the First Animal Udder Event, along with the Treasurer, <br />presented, on behalf of the Amador-Livennore Valley Historical Society, a check in the sum of <br />$20,178.64 as a contribution for the Alviso Adobe Historical Park project. She said one of the <br />purposes of the event was to bring awareness of the historical society museum. She named <br />several of the members on the committee who worked on the event. She said another event will <br />be held next year with the theme "Cowabunga Dude". She expressed appreciation for the <br />assistance of various City staffmembers. Ms. Fields expressed special thanks to Bill Apperson <br />for donation of two trips for the auction. <br /> <br />6. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br /> <br />Item 6a <br />PAP-21 (PDR-118), McDonald's Corporation <br />Appeal of the Planning Commission's approval of an application for PUD design review to <br />construct a new, approximately 5,134-sq.ft., fast-food restaurant with drive through and <br />indoor ola_volace, for a 5,220-sq.ft. commercial building pad on 1.75 acres of land located at <br />3001 Bernal Avenue in Stanley Business Park.
