Adopt Ordinance No. 1836 Amending Chapter 2.29 (Youth Commission) of the <br />Pleasanton Municipal COde to establish maintenance of membership <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance No. 1837 Amending Table 15.20.180 of Section 15.20.180 of <br />the Pleasanton Municipal Code Concerning Sewer Rates and Charges. <br /> <br />Introduce Ordinance No. 1838 Amending Title 9, Health and Safety, of the <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code, adding Chapter 9.36, Miscellaneous Health and <br />Safety Regulations, Section 9.36.010, Public Urination. <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution No. 01:087 Application by the City of Pleasanton requesting <br />the Local Agency Formation Commission to take proceedings for the Proposed <br />Annexation/Detachment No. 148 (Vineyard Avenue Realignment) Pursuant to the <br />Reorganization Act of 1985; and Adopt Resolution No. 01:088 Concerning the <br />Exchange of Property Tax Revenue for Annexation/Detachment No. 148 <br />(Vineyard Avenue Realignment). (SR 01:193) <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution No. 01:089 Granting an Easement for Drainage and <br />Maintenance to 2396 Goldcrest Circle and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />all necessary documents. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Gail Gilpin recognized nine businesses celebrating their twenty-fifth anniversary <br />of doing business in the City of Pleasanton. They are: Amador Styling Salon; Jack-in- <br />the-Box; Masonary Services, Inc.; Mede's Plumbing, Inc.; and Design Electric.
