She felt that for Pleasanton it would be much more user friendly not to put the meters because where she txavels she has to stand at the ramp to get onto the highway. She thinks that there should be a better way to mitigate traffic. If the connection between Livermore and 680 were looked at, this would be much better than a meting system.
