Item 6c <br />PUD-05, Centex Homes <br />Application of Centex Homes for approval of a PUD development plan which would create <br />19 single-family detached homes on approximately half-acre lots within the 14.9-acre "Low <br />Density Residential" - designated area of the Chrisman and Berlogar properties; would <br />establish zoning regulations for the remainder of the Chrisman parcel, including retention <br />of the existing house; and would relocate the existing caretaker unit on the Beriogar parcel <br />to a new location within the "Hillside Residential" / "Open Space" portion of that lot. The <br />project is located at 1944 and 2190 Vineyard Avenue. Zoning for the properties is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) District, with the uses as specified in the Vineyard Avenue <br />Corridor Specific Plan. <br /> <br />This item was continued until June 5, 2001 <br /> <br />Item 6d <br />SP-01/PUD-06, Centex Homes <br />Application for: (1) an amendment to the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan to <br />transfer two low density residential lots from Parcel 23 (Chrisman) to become two <br />additional "medium density residential" lots on Parcel 21 (Lonestar), with associated <br />changes; (2) to prezone the Simoni property, southerly of the new Vineyard Avenue to <br />"PUD-Vineyard District"; and (3) approval of a PUD development plan consisting of (a) 44 <br />medium density single-family detached units (with some second units) on 18 acres; (b) <br />three vineyard estate lots with associated vineyards / open space on 35.5 acres; (c) a day <br />care site on 1.1 acres; (d) associated street, trail, and other infrastructure; and (e) a <br />residual gravel quarry, use. The development site is Parcels 19, 21, and 22 of the Vineyard <br />Avenue Corridor Specific Plan located at 1889 Vineyard Avenue and two lots easterly of it <br />(APN 946-1350-11 and APN 950-0006-3-1). Zoning for the properties is PUD-MDR / OS / <br />Vineyard (Planned Unit Development - Medium Density Residential / Open Space / <br />Vineyard) District. <br /> <br />This item was continued until June 5, 2001. <br /> <br />Item 6e <br />Amicus curiae participation in defense of Measure D. (SR 01:117) <br /> <br /> Michael Roush presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala asked for clarification of the vote on the Measure. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush said in Alameda County, there were 243,094 in favor and 186,682 against the <br />measure.
