The <br />development site is Parcels 19, 21, and 22 of the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific <br />Plan located at 1889 Vineyard Avenue and two lots easterly of it (APN 946-1350-11 <br />and APN 950-0006-3-1). (SR 01:084) <br /> <br />Steven Bocian presented the staff report. <br /> <br />Mayor Pico declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Raeanne Frank, Tri-Valley Haven for Women, 3663 Pacific Avenue, Livermore, <br />thanked the Human Services Commission and Council for its support of the agency. She <br />especially thanked Council for the funds for this renovation project for the shelter, <br />because it is badly needed. She thanked Mayor Pico for his attendance at the recent fund <br />raiser at Ruby Hill.
