Bailey and Dorothy Bailey, 4565 Black Avenue, Pleasanton <br />Appeal of Notice and Order Regarding Substandard Conditions at 4565 Black <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />The appellant withdrew the appeal. <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico opened the public hearing in case anyone wanted to speak on the <br />item. <br /> <br />There were no speakers and the hearing was closed. <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> Mr. Campbell referred to a recent visit to Jackson Hole, Wyoming and his <br />appreciation for the flowers outside the buildings downtown. He asked if someth'mg like <br />that could he done in downtown Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Mayor Pieo suggested he talk to staff. He also believed that part of that <br />consideration would have to involve the Downtown Association. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti agreed with Mr. Campbell and cited her experience in Vancouver. <br />When she raised the idea of hanging pots, there were concerns about maintenance. <br /> <br />Ms. Michelotti thanked staff for installation of the traffic device on Olive Drive. <br /> <br />Pleasanton City Council 13 03/06/01 <br />Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />
