The consensus was to accept the staff recommendation. <br /> <br />Staff recommendation I e (regarding the agricultural easement) <br /> <br /> Council agreed with the staffrecommendation. <br /> <br />Staff recommendation 1 f (regarding limiting the building site on Parcel A to one acre) <br /> <br /> Mr. Campbell asked if the staffrecommendation was to allow two acres to give <br />Mr. Hahner more flexibility to locate a residence on one end of the property and the bam <br />at the other end. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swill said yes. <br /> <br /> Mr. Campbell asked if the residence and barn are in two locations, whether <br />additional trees could be planted to provide an additional buffer between the school and <br />the barn. <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico considered that to be something to be addressed at the design review <br /> <br />stage. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swill said there are trees there already and the conditions require that the barn <br />area be landscaped and screened. <br /> <br />There were no objections to the staffrecommendation. <br /> <br />Staff recommendation lg (regarding reduction of Lot 33) <br /> <br />There were no objections to the staffrecommendation. <br /> <br /> Mr. Campbell indicated he was excited about the trail plan and linking Livermore, <br />Shadow Cliffs and Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis complimented the Planning Commission and staff for raising all the <br />issues and finding solutions in order to bring a plan on which Council could reach <br />consensus. She felt it was very good that the City had developed a Specific Plan for this <br />area and the citizens will be proud of it when it is completed. <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti also extended her compliments on the project and to the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, seconded by Ms. Ayala, to adopt Resolution <br />No. 01-017, approving a Negative Declaration for the project on 2503 Vineyard <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />Pleasanton City Council 12 03/06/01 <br />Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />
